We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom.
UK delivery

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next business day.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Prices & VAT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free, and there are no extra charges at checkout.
Delivery problems
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, email us at contact@notremove.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
Incorrect address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.
