🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
All orders ship from our UK warehouse. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.

Is delivery free?
Yes — free standard delivery on all UK orders, no minimum spend.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Not currently. We ship within the UK only.

📦 Orders & Returns

How do I return an item?
Email support@pureforma.co within 30 days of delivery. We will send you return instructions. See our full Refund Policy.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — if your order has not yet been dispatched, email us immediately and we will cancel it. If already dispatched, please use our returns process.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

🔋 Product Questions

Does it need a tap or socket?
No — just drop the hose into any water source (bucket, stream, container). No tap or electrical socket needed.

How long does each battery last?
Each battery gives 20–30 minutes of runtime. With both batteries included, you get up to 60 minutes total.

Is it safe on car paint?
Yes — use the 40-degree fan nozzle on paintwork and delicate surfaces for a safe, scratch-free clean.

Can it draw water from a river or stream?
Yes — the built-in filter prevents debris from entering the pump, making it safe to draw from natural water sources.

How long does charging take?
60–90 minutes per battery using the included charger.

What's in the box?
Pressure washer unit, 2x batteries, charger, 5m hose, extension rod, 0° nozzle, 40° nozzle, foam pot, pipe connector, and filter.
